Pros

- Decent Pay - but not as competitive as O&G companies - Great Benefits. - Lots of Work. - Quanta owns many small companies. - If you in the "In Group" then your almost untouchable. - The right teams truly practice a "Team / Family Culture" which is fantastic if you are lucky to land in one.

Cons

- Quanta owns many smaller companies so do not expect to be a true "Quanta" employee. - Cousin, Brother or In-Law mentality to get any kind of exec. position. - Becoming more toxic as time goes by. - New talent is arrogant and unwilling to learn and get rewarded for just who they know. - Shareholders come first before you do.
