Upper mgmt(superintendent) will change pay agreement for specialty work, then deflect responsibility for decisions onto lower mgmt(general foreman) who have no bearing on pay decisions.

Found out my director colleagues make way more in my own company and sister companies as well as having vastly different benefits, why would I stay? I have offers elsewhere now
