You have some awesome colleagues who end up leaving because they have terrible managers. Based comp is good but the company will never IPO and the bonus is pretty much a lie
Cons
Diversity is a joke. Typical white men and women will win. Lack of growth and processes. We haven’t had company goals for over 8 months. Then we were blindsided by layoffs. We were told we were profitable but then we laid off people who actually believed in the product. A lot of micro-aggressions in the workplace. Hard to feel like you belong.
