      good people you work alongside, perks are on par with other tech companies, weekly sales enablement sessions, product typically works and does what you sell

      Cons

      quotas are somewhat arbitrary based on team and manager, growth and bonuses are limited, the advertising industry is a sort of "old boys" network where its about schmoozing client a bit more than selling value

      Great product. Unique positioning in the market. Huge engineering team is taking the business to the next level. Plenty of team building events

      Cons

      Lack of progression. Expectations are over zealous. Management keep the floor out the loop when it comes to what is going on in the business.
