Pros

Recruiting team has done a great job overall creating a great group of smart, fun and funny people who work well together. The corporate culture used to be best I had ever been lucky enough to be involved with. Overall benefits are competitive. If you ever worked at Google you will find it easy to get a job here and the execs will hang on your every word as if you were personally responsible for Google's success.

Cons

Exec team is short-sighted and one is driven so exclusively by his ego that it has caused the rapid unraveling the fabric of the formerly amazing corporate culture. The execs appear to believe that the path to success is in following whatever footsteps Google made regardless of the circumstances. Execs worship the engineers and all other teams are understaffed, overworked, underpaid and considered unimportant therefore not listened to.

Quantcast is a fun & energetic place to work. I look forward to coming to work each day. The employees are smart and get along really well. Quantcast puts a lot of effort into keeping its employees positive and happy. The company is dynamic and market-leading. Quantcast takes both change and forward movement very seriously. Senior management has a great depth of experience, and is approachable. Quantcast's CEO is world-class. The company has brilliant prospects. Quantcast is a place where you can learn and grow.

Cons

Nothing uncommon for tech start-ups, the hours are long.

Pros

Quantcast has some of the most technically competent engineers I have ever worked with. This combined with the engineering driven nature of the company and the near flawless execution of its business objectives, makes Quantcast a phenomenal place to work. It is very unusual to find this level of technical caliber north of Palo Alto. With realtime systems processing upward of 400,000 transactions a second and peak data processing at 5 petabytes a day there is never a dull day at Quantcast.

Cons

Being a fairly small company, the standard benefits package and yearly compensation are lacking. Also work hours can be long.
