      Free food, young atmosphere, flexible paid time off, flexible working from home, average industry pay, central and clean Dublin office

      Cons

      Constant change. New roles seen as a demotion. Growing pessimism and lack of leadership in nearly all departments. NO ROOM FOR GROWTH

      Authentic, accessible leadership. Engineering talent and AI technology is the real deal. Huge opportunity to influence the ways in which people interact with companies on a daily basis. Machine-driven advertising is just the start.
