      Pros

      Culture of company is warm and supportive while still being entrepreneurial with a lot of opportunities to make an impact through side projects or new initiatives.

      Cons

      Clear schism between operations and R&D, but that is resolving itself over time with management initiatives.

      Pros

      A great place to work at. A lot of opportunities to grow and contribute, and a lot of challenging work on a day-to-day basis. Smart and pleasant people around.

      Cons

      The company grew at the rapid rate and there's a bit of uncertainty in the company goals and directions, as well as a lack of clearly defined roles.

      Pros

      Hats off to Konrad, who built a spectacular Team from top to bottom. I wish that other companies, big or small, will follow your example. This is the future.

      Cons

      I tried to think of a negative comment but could not come up with anything. Of course no company is perfect. There are always some flaws and loose ends. But, these shortcomings are so insignificant that's not even worth mentioning.
