      Pros

      * Great Culture - Lots of smart people - Management does recognize individual contribution * Technology - Interesting technical problems to be solved! - Lots of cool technologies and a wide range of languages being used in production, such as Java, Python and Go - Encourage cross-functional movement * Compensation - Good salary, bonus and stock options - Good perks * Overall - Company is doing great financially - Company is growing rapidly * Fun - Best Ping Pong team among San Francisco Tech Companies

      Pros

      Great collaboration between really intelligent people, empowered to make a change, resources (albeit limited at times) to make those changes, excellent culture, great vision by executive team, overall really rewarding to be a part of this successful start up.

      Cons

      Always changing industry and technology is great but exhausting.

      Pros

      I've been at Quantcast just over a year and can say with confidence this company is doing the right thing. They are thought leaders taking a marathon approach to RTB vs. most players in the space who just sprint to the next easy dollar.

      Cons

      As a growing company, Quantcast has some room for improvement in some basic benefits - 401K match, maternity/paternity leave, etc. If they were to fine tune these, it would put them over the top. These are basics at most tech companies in the Bay Area.
