      No major points to raise. Minor point would be that Quantcast is growing so gradually going through some changes in org and the way it works. This can lead to some legacy solutions lacking ownership and ambiguity in decision making.

      too little training and not very well organised, many changes in departments and functions, not very clear where they're heading.
