Quantcast is an amazing company to work for. The organization is filled with dedicated, talented and creative employees who are passionate for what they do. Everyone is willing to lend a hand to help you achieve your goals. Communication is really special and you have access to anyone anytime.

Cons

There is very little room for improvement. Quantcast is constantly trying to look at new ways to improve the work/life balance.

Pros

Hiring standards are high, factoring in individual maturity & ability to collaborate and problem solve. Core competencies: modeling & data mining on huge data sets, a super fast reliable computing platform, and real time bidding platform. Great, well trained corporate sales force.

Cons

Could bt more transparent in information sharing among employees--getting better though. Will need more processes as it scales.

Huge opportunities for innovation. Diverse, extremely smart and hard working engineering teams. Phenomenal technology being built.

Cons

Sometimes overly complex technology and not much cross-talk between teams building different products, though these are areas we're constantly working to improve on.
