This place is a joke. They have laid off more employees than I can count. The ELT are not great leaders. They do not value their employees, trust them, nor would like to hear what the employee has to say. But yet constantly say we want you to be part of the team—the managers who are in place, need to take a one-on-one HR managing course instead of being a puppet for ELT. Due to the incompetence of knowledge, your manager will throw you under the bus to save their job. I have witnessed more favoritism from this company during my entire working career. Now I can see why the employees only last 2 years. You are either going to leave get fired, or be laid off. Please steer clear from this company, it will suck the life out of you and throw you out like trash.
