      Pros

      - Smart people and teammates - My managers were also great and supportive. - As long as I did my work and hit targets, I was free to come and go as I pleased in the office. (Not every team or everyone gets this privilege.)

      Cons

      - Unreliable co-workers. - One of the managers/directors said "we should hire more HOT girls in the team" - ELT especially the CFO has 0 clue what he's doing and put some really stupid policies. He also sat with the sales team in order to "inspire" them. More like micromanage and intimidate them. - CEO made the critical mistake of keeping the CFO who's stuck in 2010. -No 401k match - Mounting pressure on everyone due to SO MANY LAYOFFS. -Low pay for the industry.

      There are no real unique characteristics or standout aspects of this company despite a great sale pitch about why you should join during the hiring stage.

      Cons

      Executive leadership team - arrogant and unwilling to adapt to needs/concerns of employees and prospects. Infrastructure - Unable to pivot and scale effectively well.
