      Late to the game. The Trade Desk has gobbled up all of the growing CTV Holding Co. $ and they are in a tailspin.

      Constant change (leadership makes poor decisions that result in multiple re-orgs and layoffs in under 1 1/2 years, no clear direction (mission/goals change constantly), terrible sales leadership, lack of product advancement for the advertise side of the business
