      - local leadership team are abs sound and keen on driving healthy office culture - great office in Dublin (people, space, snacks (even if reduced and lunch benefit cancelled), in-office events, location) - lots of flexibility (working hours, time off) makes work-life balance reachable - a lot of great co-workers globally

      Cons

      - Global leadership team with mixed messages, questionable decision making, shifting company visions and goals, reactive rather than proactive, not engaging - AllHands - Four rounds of layoffs - Comp and Ben under market - ongoing hiring freeze
