      Snacks decent lunch and water

      No 401k match, over worked, they pile on work and when they loose AM's they don't back-fill meaning double the work load.

      Pros

      Lots of really smart people including a lot of recent success hiring very senior engineers who are making a huge impact. Great business outlook, and an incredibly smart executive team focussed on doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Tooling for software engineers (think configuration management, deployment infrastructure, monitoring infrastructure) hasn't scaled with the company and we're currently investing in making that stuff really good. The transition has been a bit of a slog
