The company hires good people. Everyone wants to help and drive impact. People believe in working together to solve problems.
Cons
This place is a mess, honestly. I was warned that the positive reviews, which were all posted around the same time period, were a push from ELT. Attrition continues to be extremely high and a lot of employee dissatisfaction. We have struggled to hire for open roles quickly. The Executive team is a boys-club of three men who just like to stroke each others egos but not actually achieve anything or drive the company forward. The CHRO isn't adding the value any one was hoping for. Things have continued to get worse. Not sure this person can stand up to the CEO. But again, not sure anyone can. Not sure the CEO will listen to anyone since all the strong leaders who have reported to him have left the company.
