      Solid culture but a lot of smoke and mirrors

      Pros

      Great benefits and people work here. Enjoyed nearly everyone I worked with.

      Cons

      We were encouraged to sell smoke and mirrors. We were selling prospecting campaigns when in reality, we were selling brand campaigns with some retargeting impressions snuck in that drove 99% of the conversions so clients were led to believe we drove a ton of results when that simply wasn’t true. We all knew it and we’re walking egg shells every time we hopped on performance calls.

      Pros

      Usual perks like free food in the office, work-life balance was good. There are some smart people working here. People in general are helpful and collaborative.

      Cons

      Saw a couple rounds of layoffs when I was here. Company's business strategy didn't know how to stay ahead of competition. Didn't make sense that the company let go of some people who actually knew what they were doing, but kept some inept people.
