      Pros

      Everyone at Quantcast wants to be helpful and make a difference. If you have a question for the CEO, you can ask the CEO. There are no off-limit people and everyone is sociable, particularly every Friday during Beer Cart. There is a beer cart (with wine and food) every Friday from 4 onwards. Whiskey is for Wednesday. Monday has Noah's Bagels for breakfast. The people at Quantcast are really happy to be at Quantcast.

      Cons

      Current office space is reaching limits for company, but that is being rectified this year (2016). Some issues with current space: 1) not enough small conference rooms for impromptu meetings, 2) not enough phone rooms for making recruiting calls, 3) lounge isn't big enough for all employees at once (this is where regular company meetings are held).

      Pros

      Very smart and talented group of people. Work hard, play hard mentality. Quantcast is growing by leaps and bounds, and for the most part, is doing this graciously. They also provide decent benefits, free lunch and dinner (cold breakfast as well), snacks, drinks, beer, wine, etc.

      Cons

      No 401k matching, some employees are paid a decent amount under market value (others are on par), not clear paths career growth.

      Pros

      Good culture, fun place to work, great product, and solid leadership.

      Cons

      Lack of direction around career planning and limited growth opportunities. Many sales people under paid and dissatisfied with compensation. A lot of turn over post 2 year mark.
