      Pros

      There are strong opportunities for personal growth and development. The work can be challenging at times, but in a way that fosters learning and professional advancement. It’s also an environment where you have the autonomy to take on more and expand your skill set, depending on your initiative.

      Cons

      Morale was low, though the team remained friendly and collaborative. Several departments were understaffed and overworked, but it does not appear that this issue was gone unnoticed.

      Pros

      I learned so much here, probably the most out of any other company I have worked for. There were several knowledgeable people and I gained a lot of valuable work experience and knowledge.

      Cons

      They do not value employees and I ended up getting stringed along for years. There were constant excuses when promotion cycles came up and they ended up letting go of most of the team / outsourcing the roles to another country to cut costs.

      At this point, nothing comes to mind.

      Cons

      The business is constantly shifting, only to end up right back where it started. For a 19 year old company, the processes are terrible. And the pay? A complete joke.
