      Pros

      Wonderful mix of cutting-edge technology, great people, great compensation. Small enough to be placed on important projects but large enough to be part of a sizable organization.

      Cons

      A company growing as fast as Quantcast is bound to have some growing pains. Many administrative decisions were made with a smaller group in mind.

      Pros

      Strong executive management group that has built a killer product and assembled a capable core of managers to lead the various teams. Opportunities carve define your own career path Talented group of colleagues that constantly challenge one another to get better.

      Cons

      Company direction is a little heavy handed in borrowing from Google's org structure. Sales team comes across as a little boiler-room esque resulting in a slightly fratty atmosphere.

      Pros

      Quantcast is a great company that strives to make sure its employees enjoy coming to work each day. They constantly evaluate the way they are doing things and try to improve any areas where they feel they might be falling short. Its a company that is open to innovation and is transparent about the why/how of decisions.

      Cons

      Implementing change, while sometimes it can be frustrating especially in the middle, is a great thing in the long run.
