      Fun and young culture, quick to adapt to change and address issues that are identified, Quantathon is a great event, great executive management team, open and transparent culture

      Cons

      Control is unevenly distributed within the Sales & Support teams, structure does not easily lend one to take vacation or sick days

      Pros

      Great in-office perks, great work/life balance, expectations are clear and very reasonable, great environment, great employees. Best of all, the energy of the company and it's employees is incredible.

      No cons and I believe the majority of employees here would agree with me.

      Pros

      The scale we deal with is mind boggling and that makes otherwise simple problems require innovation. Every engineer has the opportunity to design and implement a lot of fun pieces of software. Employees are generally all A-players in their domain and extremely technical.

      Cons

      the rtb world is extremely fast paced and the company moves at breakneck speed, so if you are the kind of developer who likes a nice stree-free 9-5 work week this isn't the place.
