Pros
Super smart, innovative staff working on huge problems in imaginative ways. The company has found its groove in the past year and has started executing on making itself a very profitable company. Fascinating product. Exec staff is for the most part very approachable and receptive to new ideas. End results, not fluffy strategy, matter most. Great office location in SF.
Cons
Culture is improving, but has a bit to go before it is truly a super fun place to work. Engineering focus favors engineering as a solution to most problems.
