Pros
The culture encourages innovation through elaborate hackathons and recognition. Good SWE technical level. RTB is interesting and hot. Quantcast is positioned well with good ML and big data tech. Good amount of internal promotions to leadership positions. The environment is somewhat similar to Google, energetic and dynamic. A number of Quantcast employees came from Google, a number of former Quantcast employees are now at Google.
Cons
There is pressure and stress from strong competition in the Adtech space. RTB is a 24x7 business and the technology is fairly new and evolving quickly. It can get a bit intense.
