- Amazing people to work with and for. - Projects that the scientists are working on are fascinating and I enjoy learning about them. - My projects are varied and make a difference to the business. - The company is going somewhere and the people are going with them. - People are looked after even if benefits are still being established. The flexibility here is really appreciated. I have never felt so supported as a mum. - Lovely offices.

Cons

Decisions can be slow sometimes and processes are still being established but that is due to quick growth.
