      Horrible HR Dept

      Pros

      - They sometimes offer free food on Fridays. - handful of colleagues that make working there a little bearable.

      Cons

      - Biggest con: the horrible HR dept. They lack respect and common human decency. All they do is sit in meetings together and look busy. If they do have any work they will pass it on to another person who does not work in the HR dept and then take the credit for it. The dept is unorganized beyond comprehension, you can tell there is either miscommunication, no communication at all, or they are blatantly lying to each other (seen it happen). - Absolutely no work-life balance, people work 14hrs a day. - People can be fired for not fitting in or simply because they didn't go around pleasing their managers even if you are doing your job.

      1. Learning curve will increase 2. Certifications assistance 3. Good benefits

      Cons

      1. Long working hours 2. More pressure on timelines 3. Toxic environment and bad politics 4. Unethical people and behaviour- I was removed from project because of my unavailability due to kid beating hospitalised 5. Work life balance is very hard here , you will not have time for family

      Where do I even start, I can probably write and write and list won't end, but to call out a few - Extremely toxic environment, no idea how they won best place to work award - No work life balance - terrible management - even terrible HR - no value of talent - they hire people who have never written a line of code in life with "engineer" in title and fast forward 1+ year, they make everyone take a python assessment to understand who can code vs who cannot. - favoritism, that's how you get an onsite transfer to Canada, skillset has nothing to do with this. I don't think people giving 5 star review are real, it seems like a propaganda to hide real reviews.
