1) Cutting edge technical work 2) Opportunity to work with world leading companies daily as Q is a premier partner with some of them 3) People are mostly ready to support others if needed 4) Decent growth opportunities if you perform pretty well 5) Decent salary that lines up with market standards. Remember this is not a FAANG or similar

Cons

1) Lowest possible number of holidays legally possible in all countries where Q operates 2) Very limited vacation time 3) Work life balance depends purely on project 4) HR basically exists to say “No” to almost every employee request
