Good for Freshers and for learning

Pros

1. Initial Learnings in projects from a Machine learning perspective are great. 2. Some projects do require good skills to work on and it will be very helpful to acquire those for freshers.

Cons

1. Management should be improved. 2. Some feel a little bit low on Work life balance. 3. Learnings will be frozen once you gain experience. 4. Proper vision is not there in terms of what to do in AI. 5.Employee benefits are minimal

Thank you for your feedback. We are continuously revising and updating our policies to include best practices from the industry. Our Leave Policy has also been updated to empower employees to utilize their leaves more efficiently. The Sabbatical policy and concept of "" No Meeting Day"" will help the strike better balance. The bucket of benefits is also revised to include more employee friendly options.
