Pros

Great technologies to work on

Cons

Account Managers only like to have their own way and most of them are not at all competent Politics at its peak and favorism is the only way you get noticed No work life balance - too much pressure created, when not needed

Pros

The culture at PROS is people focused. People are always willing to help, hang out and support one another.

Cons

PROS advertises itself as 'dynamic AI platform powering commerce in the digital economy'. The tech stack that powers PROS is expensive, outdated, sinking, and takes waaayyyy too long to implement.

Pros

Good looking office, nothing else is good about this company. Poor and toxic culture, weak leadership, unethical to the core, cant trust anyone.

Cons

In hindsight , worst decision of my life when I decided to join Quantiphi. All promises and rosey pictures the leadership showed to lure me join them turned out to be lies, lack of ethics. Intellectual people either don’t join them, or if they do by mistake don’t stay here for long. The toxic Yes Man culture, the incompetent teams , no one cares about your growth once you join (unless you are amazing at flattery) and worst of all this is a place where you have to fight to receive your salary . No company can stoop any lower in standards. I worked my heart out for this company, but when it came to payment of my performance pay, they say company grew only 100% and didn’t achieve its aspirational targets , economy is growing slower than expected, You could have done better blah blah , we are a small company so please understand and make some sacrifice. I couldn’t believe it that I had trusted the founders, the leaders to join this company, to finally feel cheated and betrayed. The company more than doubled in size , founders and their favourites made a lot of money , But seems like it was all my fault that could not triple in size, so they cut a huge portion of my variable salary and literally made me beg for it. I was so so angry on myself for having trusted them and put so much of my honest effort and sacrificing my personal life with no work-life balance. And they just proved to me, that this is a company that doesn’t care for its employees. I know of so many other people at all levels who have faced similar issues with their salaries and have left. The leadership is so poor , weak and unethical. They will keep the variable component of the salary high, very well knowing that they are never going to pay it (there will always be a new reason for why they wont pay you) . If you have not flattered the founders or the leaders and their dear ones, you are not in their good books, so your performance doesn’t matter. People with no experience are sales leaders here, just cuz they flattered and buttered the right people. It’s a shame and I feel stupid for having put all this effort and going above the call of duty to do so much for this company. It’s not worth it guys. Don’t join this company . There are fundamental issues with the culture, leadership of this company. AI, Google , funding etc are keywords that these guys will use to sell the role and company to you, don’t fall into the trap. If you love playing politics, like to flatter your superiors , are ok with taking the risk of your salary never getting paid in full, and are happy working with incompetent colleagues and bosses, then this may be the perfect place for your , where colleagues hate each other and the leadership , there is no loyalty, no harmony, founders care about making money for themselves, everyone just cares about flattering the founders and any other seniors. Whether you are a junior hire or a senior hire, you will start hating this place in 6 months, and then in an year they wont pay a big portion of your salary and you will eventually leave with a big financial loss in your career, feeling insulted and stupid for ever joining this company. Average duration folks have survived in this company therefore precisely is 14 months. An year (until salary discussions) and then notice period. Anyways, have learned a big lesson in life, and surprised that such incompetent professionals and so called leaders are running companies. Irony !!
