      Favouritism with old employees and Poor Employee Retention

      Pros

      1. Good learning curve. 2. Quality of work is good in general and people get to work on cloud and machine learning.

      Cons

      1. Favouritism with old employees. 2. Company hires and burn out new employees and when these people quit, same cycle is repeated every year. 3. Very poor salary growth as compared to the amount of work. Company hires on good salaries and after that there is very poor hike as compared to your role.
