      Working with this group of people is a challenging adventure. NOT because what you have at hand is an organisation that is growing and learning at the same time, but because when your employer is so ready to take risks, the quality trickles down to you too. With this organisation, one is never restricted to what he/she already knows or is an expert at (we believe we are too young to stop at what we already know). We are always guided to explore what we want to know/learn. Sometimes things we probably didn't even know about. The teams comprise of some super smart people with whom you can always be sure to learn. That's the beauty of working with Quantiphi. You are a part of the family only if you have the drive to add value.

      Cons

      Since the organisation is at it's early stages, the processes are not set in stone yet. They evolve based on need and feedback from folks who are directly impacted by them.
