      Worst part- HR business partners and ALs; You don't work you slog

      Pros

      - Working on new leading technologies -Google and AWS partnership - Free snacks (breakfast and evening) and cab service (post 9 pm only) - Colorful setup in office, cross learning sessions, TV screen setup during cricket matches

      Cons

      - HR business partners are insensitive, rude, inexperienced and given too much authority - Promises to hold quarterly performance reviews and fails to do so (from last two years I have not seen this happening) -No women travel security, women stay back post midnight at times till morning; turns blind eye towards females working in the company -Even if you will complain or blow a whistle the HR will hold you accountable for all deeds happening to you - On average they will make you work for 14-16 hrs everyday and at times on public holidays/ weekends - Low salaries as compared to other firms as per market standard - ALs doesn't behave professionally. Won't hesitate to shout at you in front of entire office and humilate you in front of your friends and collegues -Over burdens you with work - ALs would be ready to put you in PIP without a strong reason - follows MuSigma culture and Favourism at it's best - not working on block chain or IOT or any up coming technologies

      1) Google's award winning premier partner 2) Great learning curve 3) Cutting edge technical work 4) Kudos to top management for keeping the team motivated always 5) Clients love our deliverables and trust the quality 6) Respect for work life balance 7) No strict office timings. Flexibility to work from anywhere often as long as work gets done with the best quality 8) Focus is on solving the hardest problems for clients rather than take up "donkey work" just for the billing 9) Excellent opportunity to get exposure to latest cloud technologies

      1) Very less vacation time especially when compared to modern trends in generous vacation policies of competitors

      Descent for new entrants in Machine Learning Carrer

      Descent learning curve if you want to choose ML as carrer but have very basic idea about it. There are extensive upskilling programmes via certifications open to all.

      Your personal development stagnates very quickly.
