      Good Company for Loud and Intellectual "Gyaani" People

      Pros

      1. Free breakfast and evening snacks. 2. Well decorated office floor. 3. No dress code. 4. Flexibility in In Time and Out Time. 5. Free food and cab facility for late night workers. 6. Good hikes as compared to other companies. 7. Can spend your leisure time (as you have no work) in canteen and other small small meeting rooms.

      Cons

      1. Lots of favouritism. 2. There is no place for silent workers, you have to show your loudness and intellectual gyaan to get benefits. 3. Maximum Account Leads are inexperienced and have no idea about work and resource management. 4. More than 50% of employees are on bench and are passing their time by watching youtube videos. 5. Projects are very limited. Account Leads and Founders will fool you by telling you as there are lots of projects are in pipeline. But they are not able to hold their existing projects at all. 6. Big Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Some Business Analysts are behaving, like they own the company. 7. Most of the people at Quantiphi, know all the technology like Python, Big Data, Cloud and ML/AI but they have no proper idea about their projects, future plans of the projects and proper requirements. 8. Too much deductions from salary. 9. No work life balance.
