      Pros

      I joined Quantiphi as a lateral hire and my previous employer(Leading Global Analytics Firm) was known to have a very good culture.But the culture at Quantiphi was even better. The pros are 1. Quantiphi is working on cutting edge advanced analytics and solving one the toughest problems in the AI space. As a result, it is one of the 5 Google Cloud Partner Specialization in Machine Learning 2. Open culture and flat hierarchy 3. Growth opportunities are tremendous 4. Employee benefits such as free breakfast,snacks, travel reimbursements, etc 5. Freedom to experiment and work with latest technologies 6. Quantiphi hires from premier colleges and hence you get to work with really smart people. 7. The founders have been in this field and have a clear vision. I read few reviews here abut hire and fire which are completely wrong and misleading. I would advise people planning to apply at Quantiphi to connect with the current employees(Linkedin, etc) and have a word.

      Cons

      Quantiphi is a startup and when you join a startup, you should be ready to undertake challenging tasks that requires you move out of your comfort zone and hence the learning curve in here is steep. Don't expect 9 to 5 job with boring reporting work(which can be done without using brain power) if your are joining Quantiphi. I read a review which mentioned Quantiphi takes Glassdoor rating seriously, yes it does, and I don't understand why is should not since we all live in a rating driven world.
