Snacks and a young crowd to work with. Growing start up so lot to learn

Cons

Alot of politics in the organization making it difficult to sustain oneself in the the good books even though you are too good at your work. They strictly follow a hire and fire policy. Company centric directors and management. They hire a candidate and don't think before firing them, they don't think about the career of the employees but only about themselves. I work for 12 hours a day but still get shouted at every huddle cause they expect much more than what can be achieved. I mean I don't have a life and I am so sick.

Quantiphi is a fun place to work and offers opportunities to learn and grow in abundance. For me, Quantiphi represents a way of life- it means feeling a sense of belonging, striving hard and pushing oneself in a fast-paced environment while making great friendships along the way.

Cons

It is a challenging area of work with new things to learn at every step- one has to have the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
