Pros

Flexible Leaves: Approvals are generally smooth and the system is not rigid. Hybrid Work: Good flexibility regarding working from home/office.

Cons

The "Critical Employee" Trap: If you are a high performer or become a "critical" resource, they dump every critical project on your plate. You become the go-to person for everything, but there is no extra compensation for the extra burden. Equality in Hikes only: While the work is distributed unfairly (top performers get the most load), the hikes are "equal" for everyone. There is zero incentive to go above and beyond because the person doing the bare minimum gets the same percentage as the one working 14 hours a day. Health & WLB: The work-life balance is non-existent. The constant pressure and overtime take a serious toll on your physical and mental health. Worst Exit Policy (50% Hold): The moment you resign, they hold 50% of your monthly salary. Expecting employees with financial commitments and EMIs to survive on half-pay during a 2-month notice is unethical and the worst policy I’ve seen in my experience. Project Lottery: Your learning depends 100% on the project. In a good one, you might pick up new tech; in others, you are just a "slave" to hours of manual work with no growth. Micromanagement: Extreme micromanagement is prevalent in most critical projects, making a stressful situation even worse.

Pros

Great learning, genai and AgenticAI based projects

Cons

They focus more in interns and freshers, while pushing them for very senior roles created imbalance in team, - you cannot raise anything within this company, if it's get toxic within your project, or with anything you face. - there's no meal facility, and no benefits other than salary. - employee is resource, nothing more than that, they are not treated as human or some identity, no appreciation, recognition, gifts.
