      Pros

      - get opportunities to learn - will get exposure and visibility to leadership level (depends on the team) but in general you get a good view of it - will develop accountibility and ownership in early stages - will grow & learn if you network properly - free udemy & google certifications which helps you to upgrade - goog workplace with events and celbrations happening very often

      Cons

      - uncertain work hours and pressure - little perks from company to employees - work life balance is not that good - payscale of freshers are not that much as per thier workload

With exceptional employee satisfaction metrics showing scores consistently above 80 in critical areas and improvement from 80 to 85 between 2022-2023, Quantiphi demonstrates its commitment to employee excellence through 12,000+ one-on-one connects facilitated annually and 98% accuracy in addressing employee concerns proactively. A place that maximizes the work-life balance is indeed the best place to work.
