Positive working environment, but limited room for growth.

Pros

Great working environment, with positive and supportive peers. Dispatchers protect and look out for the well-being of their employees. Hours maybe long, but you are not rushed or forced to slow down if there is work to be done.

Cons

When it is slow, it is slow. Personnel that does not handle the day to day is often left not knowing the process and promises more than is available.

warehouse staff and drivers were great.

Cons

Poor mgmt skills and office staff well undertrained and true lack of communication skills.
