Great pay great people great bonuses great hometime…… flexible……literally get paid for everything you do here even break downs

Cons

Equipment could be better and their working towards it if you lack patience it would be tough to work here……..

Management team is very approachable & open to suggestions from anyone. Quantix understands work/life balance & is supportive.

Cons

Lots of changes being made & it's not always communicated timely. Pay, benefits & PTO are acceptable.

The people and culture at Quantix is so refreshing. Everyone is treated with respect and able to work in a comfortable environment. The company is growing by leaps and bounds, it is really great to be a part of such a robust and energized Leadership Team. Our Leadership is very open to ideas, believes in promoting from within the company and very down to earth.

Cons

Due to the constant change we are very busy and with that sometimes it seems like change occurs everyday however when we are changing we are growing as a company.
