Stock options never materialized. Many people don't understand IT much. Small bonuses. Mentions 10% bonuses but profit benchmarks too high. Pay raises only 1%

Very flexible and casual environment. The people are super nice. The work is stable, and employees are often promoted. Don't need transportation experience to find work here.

Cons

Business can be very slow at times, so days can get very long with little or no work to create for yourself. Management doesn't like to fire anyone so they tend to get walked on.
