Paid for everything

Pros

All work is paid. Loading, unloading, detention etc. Plastic is what we pull. No tanker endorsement or Hazmat. 90% of loads have a pickup and delivery window. Training is paid and your done when your ready. It’s physical work. You pull hoses then your truck does the work. It’s a clean work environment but rain snow or shine your outside in it. You are not micro managed. You are a professional and treated like 1

Cons

Limited fleet of auto shift transmissions. Newer trucks are 10 speeds.

Company going backwards by a few centuries

Pros

Used to be a really great company with great ethics and always put the employees and drivers first.

Cons

Came in and over the course of a couple of months fired every single person that had worked so hard to make improvements. They fired the COO, VP of Operations, VP of Driver Development, Director of Recruiting, Recruiting Manager, and numerous accounting, customer service, and Ops people. The new team is very misguided and had no idea what they were doing when they took over. They had zero structure and made alot of very bad decisions
