Non that I can think of.

Cons

Keeping this short but I was employed by a company which they bought and during the merger was promised a ton and told how value I would be going forward only to be quietly ghosted from important meetings and eventually laid off. Everything I was told led me to believe I had a role and would be set up for success and was clearly lied to.
