New ownership a lot of the things preached as far as communication and HR related issues changed.

Very easy Flexible Lower management does care about you

Cons

Upper management does not care about you. You can work 5 hours or 16 hours, no overtime you are salary. Very little communication; everyone seems to have a "not my job" mentality.
