Pros

The interview process was organized and efficient (phone interview, Teams interview and in-person). Benefits are really innovative and they work hard at keeping them affordable. Flexible remote and hybrid work options. The mission is very meaningful and it's rewarding to see the positive change we make in people's healthcare journeys. Strong internal culture and leadership is making a clear effort to be transparent and supportive. Exciting innovation and modernization happening at the company.

Cons

Things move quickly and there's a lot of innovation and change happening in the company which is exciting but can be an adjustment.

Pros

On-site amenities & hybrid WFH opportunities

Cons

PSRs are not treated fairly, period. They wonder why they have such a high turnover, the reason is that PSRs are expendable and that will likely never change. It is unethical to make an employee time their bathroom breaks and subtract that time from their paid break time. There are no laws against it, and they know it. They tell PSRs how they are "the bread & butter" of the company, but require you to request ADA accommodations to go to the bathroom when needed. PSRs are the only ones that have to take bathroom breaks away from their regular breaks. They monitor every single second of your time on the clock, and that is not an exaggeration. If you're phone isn't on "available" they will be over your shoulder asking you why you're not taking calls. The calls are back to back to back, and you're supposed to be able to get other tasks done somehow "between calls", which is essentially impossible due to call volume and the fact that the calls auto answer. When a call comes through, you get a beep in your ear, then the call is there. No chance to get out of the tasks you may have started before the call. You have to be ready to take calls at the exact minute your shift begins, so they suggest you clock in 5 minutes early, but you can't stop taking calls until the exact minute you're supposed to clock out, and these calls can sometimes last well over an hour (again, no exaggeration, and it happens with several calls a day), so you can forget about getting out on time. In short, call centers are gonna do what call centers do. Its a stressful job that ensures that the company runs smoothly, but they're treated as though they're beneath every other job title there.

Our on-site amenities and flexible/hybrid work schedule are some of the ways we do that.
