I love my job and sometimes that statement shocks people, but I truly do. I don't wake up in the morning with a bad attitude or stressing about coming to work because there is always nice and considerate people here to greet you each day. If your having a busy morning and you didn't have time to eat breakfast or pack a lunch Quantum supplies FREE food and beverages all day in the café and not to mention they have food catered on a regular basis. There is a lot of opportunities for your career growth here, but you have to be willing to work hard and be committed. I've been promoted several times and recognized for my hard work, so hard work doesn't go unnoticed at Quantum. Did I mention that they throw the best year end parties where people win trips across seas, big screen TVs, and so much more even throughout the year. I believe that once you've worked in the real world you'll appreciate Quantum because there is no other place like it that I've experienced.

Cons

Right now our company is growing rapidly and we don't have enough employees at this time so we are trying to recruit as many people as possible and sometimes its hard to find people who fit within our culture.

Pros

The best thing about this job is getting to help members and clients everyday. We are constantly making a difference in the lives of others so it is very rewarding to work here. The people who work here are here because they are passionate about Quantum Health's mission. Since we are growing, there have been a lot of opportunities to move up within the company which has been great. Some other perks are free snacks and drinks, FitBits at a reduced price, chances to win free tickets to sporting events and other local events, and fun activities such as an OSU tailgate party, a year end party that gets better every year and a family event over the summer.

The environment is great here. I can't speak highly enough of the people I work with and work for. I have had several jobs where you just feel like these are people you are stuck with for 33% of your day. here they really feel like friends and family. The benefits here are out of this world compared to anywhere else I have worked. not just the pay and vacation, but the fringe benefits as well.

Cons

sometimes it feels like the company is growing faster than they might be prepared for. some times it feels like we are obscenely busy for no reason.
