Pros

Quantum health puts employees and customers at the center of their business model. They believe that treating employees well will result in treating customers even better. If you're looking for bureaucratic organizations with standard operating procedures and well-mapped processes, this isn't the place for you. If you want to work collaboratively and have the freedom to use your critical thinking to solve problems, this will be heaven.

Cons

Quantum-Health doesn't have the organizational design or structures most folks are used to. And that is disturbing to folks looking for a comfortable workplace where you just follow the rules. Quantum asks staff members to use their judgement to do what's right. Are there individuals who need management development? Yup. It's the result of moving folks up fairly quickly. The company is investing in individual development to get folks up to speed as quickly as possible.

Almost Too Good to be True

Pros

This organization walks the walk and talks the talk when it comes to putting its employees first. There is nothing more important to Quantum Health than making sure everyone who works there feels valued, is trusted, and has the opportunity to expand their career. While every organization has its quirks, Quantum Health offers employees to many invaluable resources, career advancement opportunities, and the chance for your voice to be heard no matter what your level. They also make sure that they are there for any employee who is struggling with the stresses of life outside of work. They offer tremendous work/life balance, give employees good benefits given the size of the company, and offer unique services to aid in whatever life tries to distract you with. I have worked many places in and out of Columbus, and I can honestly say I've never felt more privileged to represent such a great company.

Cons

Every company has its issues. Quantum's, thankfully, are nothing more than symptoms of simple growing pains of a company on the expansion fast track. At times, life at Quantum can feel a bit chaotic or last minute - and sometimes you have to find your own way in order to succeed in a task or project, but honest mistakes are celebrated and the company provides as much support as possible. Leadership is committed, but sometimes difficult to connect with due to their very busy schedules, but when it's important, they always make time. Change is a daily occurrence at QH, so if you are uncomfortable with constant change and improvement and would prefer a boring, same-old/same-old environment, this probably isn't the place for you.

Don't fall for the hype. It's a lie!

Pros

There's a paycheck. And if that's enough for you, then apply! If you have ethics and morals, look elsewhere. And you can wear jeans.

Cons

Everything else. Poor upper leadership. Pod managers are a joke. Any employees with values have left the company. CEO should be ashamed of what she has allowed QH to become.
