Meaningful work but limited growth and underpaying

Pros

Great people and good campus. The work, while difficult for the frontline, is truly impactful. Hybrid work options available. A great company to get your foot in the door of.

Cons

Entry level role is hard, but meaningful work. Lately, opportunities for growth seem limited. Additionally, they are getting a reputation for underpaying their people. It would seem the purse strings are tightening in general.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for your continued contributions to Quantum Health. We appreciate your recognition of the meaningful work, our people, and the campus. We understand how important it is for employees to see clear opportunities for growth, especially in frontline roles. Expanding development pathways and creating more visibility into how employees can progress remains an area of focus for us as we evolve and grow as a company. Our approach to compensation considers market conditions, role expectations, and business factors, and we continue to evaluate how we stay competitive and aligned with the demands of the role. We also acknowledge the importance of strong alignment across all levels of leadership and will continue to invest in developing our leaders to better support their teams and the organization’s direction. Outstanding culture, but benefits could be a lot better

Pros

The culture here is outstanding. People really do care about the work and each other. I would give them 5 stars, except their benefits (health insurance in particular) are sorely lacking.

Cons

Benefits are expensive and not great (United Health Care is a nightmare to deal with). Salaries are competitive, but not great.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your continued contributions to Quantum Health. We appreciate your recognition of our culture and the care our teams bring to their work each day. We also understand the importance of benefits in the overall employee experience. Benefits coverage is a critical part of the employee experience, and we recognize the impact that cost, plan design, and carrier experience can have. We regularly review our benefits offerings, including vendor partnerships, to ensure we are providing options that are both competitive and supportive of our employees’ needs. As we look ahead, enhancing the overall benefits experience remains an important area of focus alongside maintaining a strong and supportive culture. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective. Feedback like yours is valuable as we continue to evaluate our options and how we support our Warriors. — Felicia Taylor, CHRO
