      Pros

      What sets them apart from the competition is that they show honest appreciation and are very flexible. They are transparent and continue to grow. Compensation is good.

      Cons

      Benefits are not as good as the ones of bigger companies but continue to get better as they grow. However, benefits are certainly better than benefits of most competitors of similar size that I know.

      Just a family owned company

      Cons

      Everything - Outsourced marketing team which didn't even have the decency to talk properly - Very shady management: Naren Godse and Raj Behare - Dupes employees of payments, don't pay on time - Make up stories everytime to show that they were confused and give different number in payroll - Perfect example of exploiting company

      Pros

      Good mentorship program. They may not offer best of the salaries and package, but my and my friends' experience is that they are fair and honor whatever has been agreed upon. They are growing rapidly and developing many direct clients.

      Cons

      They focus on niche technologies only.
