      1. The team is supportive. 2. The environment is very good to work. 3. You are given the freedom to work on your own. 4. Any doubts you can get it cleared by the seniors & Team Lead.

      Cons

      1. It is an Onsite position. 2. It has only two offices in India (i.e.) Pune & Nagpur 3. The environment is very competitive. 4. Some requirements come & gets closed in flash of moment. 5. Because of the immense competition, getting an interview & Placement is very difficult.

      Pros

      There are no pros of this company. This company is useless no one is working at office time counting 2-3 employees are working rest all are using their mobiles all the time. Especially the manager who is watching series all the time. After every half hour you will see manager going downstairs with other groups for smoking. He is just coming to office for smoking.
