      Nothing to mention. It is like something is better than nothing. Join if really want to work and don't get a job anywhere else

      Cons

      This is not at all an IT company. Its is preliminary school with lot of silly rules. If you are 15 mins late you will be late marked. If you WFH 10% salary will be deducted.

      1. Salary never credited on time 2. Account does not know how to calculate tax on salary. 3.Manager does not know how to communicate with the female employees 4. Management never give you the appraisal on time if you are lucky then you will 2% 5. Manager and HR are not experienced enough to tackle their staff
