Pros

I guess the benefits package was decent ... nothing special The only reason there are words here is because it made me put something here. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. I had an absolutely horrible experience working here.

Cons

Cold and depressing office environment Terrible local executive leadership (VP) No alignment among executive team Completely disorganized No leadership, no forecasting, no goals, no direction, only criticism for not meeting goals that haven't been communicated No onboarding program ... no plan for new leaders

Lots of growing pains

Pros

Strong C-Suite and a few rising stars that could help push necessary changes. Good mission.

Cons

Company seems to be stuck in its ways and has a growth above everything mentality. This means that you will have long hours (limited work life balance), PTO may be interrupted for a fire drill or two and pay will not be commensurate with performance. Pay your people what they are worth as they ultimately drive the end goal and mission of the company.
